Tucked in the quiet corner of Singapore, out of the bustled traffic are lush greenery, rustic kampong, quaint bungalows, crispy roti-prata, and reminiscences of the old airport among other heritage gems to be discovered around Jalan Kayu. The history and stories of these interesting nodes along the Jalan Kayu Heritage Trail, there is also a fair amount of unseen natural treasures waiting for you to discover.
This trail is a community project led by Pei Hwa Secondary School and supported by Jalan Kayu CCC, Sengkang West CCC and Central Singapore Community Development Council.
