Community Health Assessment Team, CHAT, was launched in April 2009 with the objective of promoting mental health awareness in youths and young adults. We seek to provide individuals between the ages of 16 to 30 years old as well as their friends and loved ones with information on youth mental health and resources needed to help them.

Look forward to Duan Wu Festival Carnival 2012, organised by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Association (SFCCA)* together with Toa Payoh Central Community Centre – in celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival.
SFCCA is bringing the traditional dragon boat festival to land this year, with one-of-its kind land dragon boating competition! Highlights of the event also include a food carnival, tele-matches and games, art drawing competition and stage performances.
