This trail is by Singapore Kwong Wai Siew Peck San Theng and supported by Central Singapore Community Development and 9 other organisations – Bishan Community Club, Bishan HDB, Catholic High School,Harmony Centre @ An-Nahdhah Mosque, Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, National Parks Board, Raffles Institution (Junior College), The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters and Tse Tho Aum Buddhist Temple (Nunnery).
