The name "Bishan" was derived from the century old organisation Peck San Theng. Located right in the heart of Singapore Bishan is a charming town and home to many. This trail booklet will take you on a journey to 10 key landmarks in this charming estate, exploring history, culture and heritage of these places.

This trail is by Singapore Kwong Wai Siew Peck San Theng and supported by Central Singapore Community Development and 9 other organisations – Bishan Community Club, Bishan HDB, Catholic High School, Harmony Centre @ An-Nahdhah Mosque, Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, National Parks Board, Raffles Institution (Junior College),  The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters and Tse Tho Aum Buddhist Temple (Nunnery).
