The scheme helps needy parents with a monthly subsidy to pay for their children's kindergarten and nursery fees. The subsidy is up to 90% of the monthly fee or up to $82 per month, whichever is lower, depending on the programme that your child is attending.

Who can apply
- At least one parent must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
- The child must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Monthly net household income is
$1800
or below; and
- The child attends a
nursery program (at least 2 hours long), or a
K1 or K2
program (at least 3 hours long)
per day, in an eligible non-profit kindergarten.
Where to apply - Check if KiFAS is available at your child’s kindergarten. If it is, apply for KiFAS at the kindergarten.
