Social Services Central Singapore CDC administers social assistance schemes under ComCare Fund to help needy families and individuals achieve self-reliance and financial independence. This is achieved via direct assistance or by linking needy residents to community resources, referrals to other government agencies, Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) and self-help groups. Social Assistance Schemes Employment Services Central Singapore CDC provides direct job-matching services for residents who are currently unemployed and seeking work. We also provide recruitment assistance to employers who are seeking candidates to fill the vacancies in their companies.
